Semi-rigid dress product with low profile control. Least rigid of the Thermo Plastic dress orthotics. Rigid co-poly core, black vinyl top cover.
PolyPro
The industry gold standard orthotic with versatile applications. Second most rigid of the Thermo Plastic dress orthotics. Available in 3/4 and full length. Rigid polypropylene core, 1/16″ Poron®, vinyl top cover, crepe heel post.
ACTIVE & ATHLETIC THERMO PLASTIC
Competitor
For the intermediate, yet competitive, athlete. Appropriate for all-purpose activity. Semi-rigid co-poly core, 1/16″ Poron®, EVA top cover, cork heel. Available in full and 3/4 length. Leather bottom extension on full length product.
Performer
Low profile orthotic for the active individual or casual athlete. Rigid co-poly core, 1/16″ Poron®, nylon top cover, crepe heel. Available in full and 3/4 length. Leather bottom extension on full length product.
Prosport
Athletic support designed for the serious athlete, whether amateur or professional. Available only in full length. Semi-rigid co-poly core, Poron® arch fill, 1/16″ Poron®, EVA top cover, cork heel, full length leather bottom cover.
THERMO-FOAM
Cork
Natural semi-rigid, durable base. The most rigid of the Thermo Foam orthotics for maximum stability and control. Cork base, 1/16″ Poron®, leather top cover and bottom.
Puff
Comfort resilient, semi-rigid foam. The second softest of the Thermo Foam orthotics. A blend of stability and cushioning. 1/4″ EVA top cover, 1/8″ Nickleplast, 1/4″ EVA.
Durabase
Tricush
Multi-density, semi-rigid foam. The softest of the Thermo Foam orthotics, offers moderate stability, evenly distributes pressure and reduces discomfort. Tri-layered EVA with soft EVA base.
ACCOMODATIVE
ACM 1
Classic accommodative, multi-density foam for high pressure offloading and relief. 1/4″ Plastazote I (pink) 1/4″ Plastazote II (white) and 1/8″ Poron®.
ACM-MC
Accomodative foam for at risk diabetic feet. Soft EVA top cover (pink), 1/16″ Poron®, 1/4″ EVA.
TruLite
SPECIALTY PRODUCTS
UCBL
Rigid, maximum depth heel cup with high flanges to provide maximum mid and rear foot control and stability. 3mm co-poly core, 3/4 length.
Poly Visco-Elastic Base
Soft tissue supplement interface provides maximum shock absorption for calcaneal fractures and chronic foot pathologies. Visco-Elastic base bonded to EVA top covers.
Toe Fill
Forefoot amputation filler. Provides an appropriate base for rigid forefoot push-off. Commonly ordered with a DynaFlex foot plate.
Dynaflex
DynaFlex is a Resource Labs proprietary product that utilizes carbon graphite technology designed into a unique foot plate. Addresses hallux rigidus and other pathologies, such as turf toe and stress fractures, which call for metatarsal stability and limited range of motion.
